I offer a Noosa Hinterland home visit acupuncture service in the following suburbs; Cooroy, Black Mountain, Cooroy Mountain, Noosa, Lake McDonald, Pomona, Tinbeerwah & Eumundi.

Depending on your location, I charge  $30 to $50 in addition to the treatment costs.

A consultation in my Cooroy Massage and Acupuncture clinic prior to the home visit is preferred, but not required.

Patients will need to provide a safe, private and comfortable place for the consultation and treatment.

In case there was no prior meeting , I require my clients to provide me with the following personal information prior to the home visit:

Print or Email including:

• full name, address, phone number & email address
• information about parking at the residence, access to residence
• scanned copies of driving licence/passport
• individual patient issues (infectious disease/immune status/mental health)
• information, if there will be people at the residence other than the patient
